According to a survey conducted among credit institutions, insurance companies and mortgage companies.The data indicate a trend and do not reflect all applications for mortgage credit or the outstanding amount of these loans. From 1995 onwards the concept of "mortgage credit" refers to the Law of 4th August 1992 concerning mortgage credit, and excludes all mortgage credit contracted for commercial purposes.
